Danielle Bush

Danielle Bush is a partner at the Canadian law firm of McCarthy Tétrault LLP as well as one of the leading gaming lawyers in Canada. Ms. Bush provides legal advice and services (including negotiating and drafting services and software licence agreements and providing legal opinions) to a wide range of companies and government organizations involved in all aspects of the gaming industry including casino operators, lottery corporations, charitable gaming providers, gaming regulators, gaming software companies, payment processing companies, and online gaming operators. She regularly advises clients on a broad range of gaming and gambling related issues including online gaming, sports betting, fantasy sports leagues, eSports and lottery products.

Ms. Bush is also the Corporate Secretary for the Canadian Gaming Association.
