Mike Maodus

Mike is a partner at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP. Mike regularly acts for governmental entities, global and domestic operators, suppliers and private equity sponsors on a wide range of transactions in the gaming space. He has significant experience in M&A transactions involving gaming registrants, provides day-to-day operational and compliance support to Canadian operators and suppliers and frequently advises on new product development.

Outside of work Mike enjoys biking (all sorts) and spending time with his family.
