Deadline Approaching for ACGO Engagement Opportunities with iGaming Stakeholders:

Since the launch of the Ontario igaming market, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (ACGO) has identified emerging and potential risks. To address these risks and to ensure the Registrar’s Standards remain relevant, the AGCO is hosting a new engagement opportunity to gain stakeholder input from all interested parties (including responsible gambling and public health organizations, prospective and current igaming operators, organizations from gaming related industries, and sport governing bodies).

The ACGO is looking for feedback on the following topics by September 19, 2022:
  1. Draft Amendments to the Registrar’s Standards for Internet Gaming for Live Casino Products
  2. Draft Amendments to the Registrar’s Standards for Internet Gaming for Transition Out of the Unregulated Market

Provide your input on these topics on the AGCO’s Engagement Portal

If you are not yet registered on the Portal, you will need to first register for an account. Please note that it may take up to one business day after your registration to have access to the engagement materials.
