Thank you to all of those who were able to attend our Symposium on Promoting Player Health and Wellbeing, which took place on December 5, 2023. A special thank you to MNP, who were our partners and host for this event.
We welcomed close to 100 participants from across North America and Europe representing gaming operators, suppliers, gaming regulators and crown operating agencies. As an industry, we had the opportunity to engage and discuss best practices in responsible play and work to establish an industry-led way forward. We appreciate the contributions we received, and the support of the industry as we work with our partners at the Responsible Gambling Council (RGC) to develop the CGA’s Responsible Gambling Guiding Principles, and with Ad Standards to create an Industry Responsible Advertising Code and more, as a part of an overall Action Plan to Promote Responsible Play.
